A 36-year-old woman in Dnipropetrovsk was caught by police for selling drugs through parcel shipments.

Law enforcement officers from the criminal police, in collaboration with investigators from Police Station No. 1 of the Dnipro District Police Department No. 1, uncovered the illegal drug activities of a 36-year-old resident of Dnipro.

During a search at the suspect's residence, police seized an illegal drug kit, which included zip bags containing amphetamines, methadone, and a package of cannabis. Additionally, authorities discovered scales with traces of a powdery substance, phones, and SIM cards from various mobile operators at the suspect's home.

On December 30, investigators notified the perpetrator of the suspicion under part 2 of Article 307 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, transfer, or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The woman faces up to 10 years in prison. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and police continue efforts to combat the spread of narcotic substances.
