This was reported by the press service of the Patrol Police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
It turned out that the man was not authorized to drive the vehicle and had previously been held accountable for this offense.
Materials were compiled against the citizen under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated), part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have the right to drive, repeated within a year), and part 1 of Article 121-3 (Driving a vehicle without a license plate) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Additionally, the police conducted a surface inspection of the vehicle and individuals, during which they discovered 6 slip packets containing a substance resembling narcotics, as well as scales and empty slip packets with the woman.
A investigative team was called to the scene, and the woman was taken to the police station.
