This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
On February 19, police conducted a court-sanctioned search at the suspect's residence and discovered 20 blind packages containing a psychotropic substance. All physical evidence has been sent for examination.
The man has now been informed of the suspicion under Article 309 Part 2 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, or mailing of psychotropic substances) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
