In Verkhovtseve, police apprehended two men for robbing a local resident.
The crime occurred on January 24 at approximately 4:20 PM on one of the streets in the city of Verkhovtseve. The suspects were apprehended by officers from Police Station No. 3 of the Kamianske District Police Department. The robbers were identified as two local residents, aged 21 and 26, who had previous criminal records.

The individuals were detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. In agreement with the Zhovti Vody District Prosecutor's Office, they were informed of their suspicion under Part 4 of Article 186 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty for this article entails imprisonment for a term of seven to ten years.
