In Kryvyi Rih, a woman withdrew money from her deceased mother's card: the court's decision has been made.

This is mentioned in the verdict of the October Court of Kryvyi Rih.

A woman from Kryvyi Rih was receiving a social pension on her card, which her daughter was aware of. When the pensioner passed away, her daughter did not inform the relevant authorities to stop the pension payments to the card. For another month after her mother’s death, she continued to use her card and received the pension. In this way, she withdrew 3,370 hryvnias from an ATM.

Through her fraudulent actions, the woman caused financial damage to the State Budget of Ukraine amounting to 3,360.24 hryvnias.

In court, the woman from Kryvyi Rih admitted her guilt. She was found guilty of fraud (part 1 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The punishment imposed was 200 hours of community service.
