The crime occurred at the end of November last year near a building on Mira Avenue. During an argument, a 21-year-old suspect sprayed pepper spray towards the victim and then struck him in the face. When a woman tried to intervene, he hit her on the head. He then snatched her bag containing money and mobile phones and fled the scene.

The police apprehended the offender and informed him of the charges under part 2 of Article 125 (intentional minor bodily harm) and part 4 of Article 186 (robbery committed under martial law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
