In the Sobornyi district of Dnipro, police apprehended a suspect for distributing marijuana "drops."

On December 18, police apprehended a 56-year-old man in the Mandrykyvskyi descent area as he was laying out drug packages on the street. All of the illegal "goods" and the hiding spots previously used by the man were seized by law enforcement and sent for expert examination.
The police detained the man under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
On December 19, investigators informed the detained individual of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense as outlined in Part 1 of Article 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment, or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
