Selling nonexistent cars: Dnipro police halted a scammer's fraudulent activities targeting military families.

The suspect created fake accounts on several social media platforms and actively impersonated the buying and selling of various car brands. From each potential buyer, the criminal collected a deposit, the amount of which depended on the total cost of the vehicle. Victims transferred money to bank cards belonging to accomplices. After receiving the funds, the scammer claimed that the ordered car was located elsewhere and that a wait was necessary, eventually ceasing all communication altogether.
