Patrol officers in Dnipro identified a suspected bicycle thief in the Novokodatskyi district of the city.
Recently, a report was received on the emergency line 102 regarding a theft in the Novokodatskyi district. The complainant stated that someone had stolen his bicycle near one of the shops and provided a description of the two-wheeled vehicle.
