A 27-year-old man attempted to flee from police in a stolen vehicle. Dnipro police apprehended him for illegally taking possession of the car.
On November 14th, the police received a report regarding the disappearance of a car that was parked near a building in the Novokodatsky district. Upon receiving the information about the crime, law enforcement immediately instructed all patrols to search for the vehicle.

The stolen vehicle was spotted by patrol officers on one of the streets in the area, prompting them to pursue the car thief. To evade capture, the suspect drove towards a ravine, abandoned the vehicle, and fled on foot. The police managed to catch up and apprehend the offender.
He has now been notified of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense as stipulated in part 1 of Article 289 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
