Leonid Dubinsky was detained on suspicion of embezzling budget funds allocated for the reconstruction of the Auli-Upper Dnipro water pipeline in the Kamianske district.

Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure for Leonid Dubinsky is being addressed.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and investigators are identifying other individuals who may have been involved in this corruption scheme.

It should be noted that the Dubinsky brothers' company, which won the tender, purchased products at market prices but sold them to the municipal enterprise with a threefold markup. The total amount of losses reached 129 million hryvnias.
