A man will face trial in Dnipro for throwing a paintball grenade near an educational institution.
A 40-year-old man, driven by hooligan motives, threw an airsoft grenade from the balcony of the fourth floor into the courtyard of an educational institution. The incident occurred on February 11 at approximately 12:20 PM on Halyna Mazepa Street in the Industrial District of the city.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the man was at home with friends, after which he went out to the balcony and threw a grenade. The offender was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
On the same day, investigators informed the detainee of the suspicion under part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism). He faces a prison sentence of 3 to 7 years.
