An airline director from the Dnipropetrovsk region embezzled over 10 million hryvnias. Here are the details of the case.
The man instructed the chief accountant to unlawfully apply a tax exemption to several goods supply transactions and to provide false reporting. As a result, he did not pay taxes during July, September, and December 2023, as well as April 2024.

It is known that the company is registered in the Dnipropetrovsk region and supplied helicopters, as well as provided services for the repair, maintenance, modernization, and outfitting of aircraft.
The head of the airline has been notified of suspicion for committing a criminal offense under part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (tax evasion). The company has already compensated the state with 10.2 million hryvnias in taxes. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
