The court has determined that a 43-year-old man from Zaporizhzhia with a criminal background was distributing narcotic substances and psychotropic drugs among individuals with substance dependence.
He was selling drugs through "stash" methods, hiding them in unconventional ways by securing them with clamps to the branches of trees and bushes.
Orders were accepted via the messaging app "Telegram".
During the man's arrest, law enforcement discovered 24 packages containing cannabis and the psychotropic substances "PVP" and "DOM," which he was carrying on him. An additional 27 such packages were seized from locations where he had previously hidden them.
During the court proceedings, the accused denied the intent to sell drugs, claiming that he was keeping them for personal use. However, prosecutors demonstrated the absurdity of this claim.
