Zelensky travels to Brussels to present the Victory Plan to EU leaders.

President Vladimir Zelensky announced on Thursday that he is en route to Belgium, where he will present Ukraine's Victory Plan at the European Council leaders' meeting today, as reported by UNN.

Zelensky expressed gratitude to Charles Michel, President of the European Council, for inviting Ukraine to participate. The President mentioned that there will also be meetings in the European Parliament - with President Roberta Metsola and with the leaders of political groups in the European Parliament.

"There will be a meeting with Mark Rutte, NATO Secretary General. We are also preparing for the Ukraine-NATO Council meeting at the defense ministers' level. The priority is to secure more protection for Ukraine now, ahead of winter," the head of state emphasized.
