In Kharkiv, a child was killed as a result of a Russian airstrike on a high-rise building, and 29 individuals sustained injuries. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, as noted by UNN.
Synegubov also mentioned that the number of injured has risen to 29. According to him, at least two people may still be trapped under the rubble, including a child. Rescue efforts are ongoing.
