In Dnipro, an official from the TCC and SP set up a scheme to evade mobilization. Here are the details.

To carry out the scheme, the head of one of the departments of the Military Commissariat enlisted the help of a 39-year-old man. Together, they devised a plan to create fake medical commission certificates and issued temporary identification cards to conscripts, indicating their unfitness for military service.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a result of the searches, they seized cash in various currencies, totaling approximately $33,000, mobile phones, and bank cards, as well as fake medical history extracts and documentation from 2022 to 2024, and flash drives containing personal data of military conscripts and their diagnoses.

Currently, the official has been served with a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 368 (receiving illegal benefits by a public official). His 39-year-old accomplice is suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 369 (offering illegal benefits to a public official). Both individuals face criminal liability under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
