The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia does not intend to participate in the World Summit. This was reported by Russian media, as noted by UNN.

According to him, Ukraine has not abandoned its goal of restoring territorial integrity within the borders of 1991 and the withdrawal of Russian troops.

"In October, meetings took place as part of the preparations for the second summit. They want to invite Russia to it, as we understand, to present us with some kind of ultimatum," Lavrov believes.
