Law enforcement apprehended two arsonists in Dnipro and Sloviansk who were operating on behalf of Russian intelligence agencies.
The perpetrators set fire to vehicles belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and relay cabinets of Ukrzaliznytsia. The accomplices of the Russian Federation did not receive any payment for carrying out the task.
