Dnipropetrovsk police have apprehended a suspect for inflicting serious bodily harm on a local resident.
The assailant attacked the victim near a café in the Nyzhniodniprovskyi district of the city. A few days later, the man succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region reported this.
The crime occurred on October 6 on Luhovska Street. A conflict arose between two patrons of the establishment, which continued outside. The offender struck the victim in the head, causing him to fall to the ground. Unfortunately, the man succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Criminal police operatives detained a 41-year-old local resident with a prior conviction. On October 9, he was notified of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
