A woman was robbed on the street; police in Dnipro have apprehended a suspect in the case.
On October 5th, around 7:15 PM, the police received a report of a robbery in Sichovyi Lane, located in the Chechelivskyi district of the city. The assailant approached the woman from behind and took her belongings.

Officers from the police department No. 6 of the Dnipro District Police received information about a crime along with a description of the attacker and initiated a search for the suspect. Within a few hours, the law enforcement officers apprehended a 33-year-old suspect. It turned out that the man already had legal issues.
On October 6, investigators informed the detained individual of the suspicion of committing a crime under part 4 of article 186 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention. The man faces up to 10 years in prison.
