For $12,000, a 58-year-old resident of Dnipro promised men of conscription age that he would help them bypass obstacles to crossing the Ukrainian state border.

The press service of the Main Department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region reported this.
The suspect was detained on January 28 while receiving cash. At the time of the arrest, the individual possessed copies of passports for men of conscription age, temporary certificates for military personnel, blank summons forms, examination and medical check-up cards, and other documents.
On January 29, the suspect was presented with a notice of suspicion under part 3 of Article 15 (attempted criminal offense) and part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of individuals across the state border of Ukraine).
