Kryvyi Rih police have arrested a suspect for the illegal acquisition of a vehicle.
After discovering her car was missing, the woman contacted the police. Officers from the 8th precinct of the Kryvyi Rih District Police Department located the vehicle and determined that a 38-year-old acquaintance of the family was involved in the crime. He was apprehended in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

On October 9, investigators informed a man of his suspicion in committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 289 (illegal seizure of a vehicle) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to 5 years of imprisonment. A preventive measure has been selected for the suspect.
