During the day, the invaders carried out a series of shelling in the border territories of the Sumy region, resulting in 57 explosions across various communities. A total of 35 instances of enemy fire targeting populated areas and infrastructure were recorded. This information was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, as conveyed by UNN.

Specifically:
- Seredyna-Buda community: two explosions were recorded, caused by strikes from FPV drones that came from Russian territory.
- Krasnopillia community: shelling was conducted using mortars (6 explosions) and FPV drones (2 explosions).
- Khotyn community: explosive devices were dropped from a drone, leading to three explosions.
- Esman community: 4 mortar explosions were recorded, along with 19 explosions from artillery shelling.
- Yunakiv community: an airstrike was carried out with a guided aerial bomb (GAB), resulting in one explosion.
- Belopol community: 11 explosions caused by explosive devices dropped by drones, as well as three explosions from mortar fire.
- Shalyhyn community: one explosion from the dropping of an explosive device from a drone.
