"Intergal-Bud": Achievements for 2024 and Future Development Strategy.

This year, we have achieved impressive results. We constructed and put into operation 358.5 thousand square meters of real estate, which is equivalent to over 3800 apartments in 20 new buildings. These figures reaffirm our leadership in Ukraine's construction sector.

We resumed work on our flagship project Intergal City — a premium residential complex that harmoniously combines modern technologies and aesthetics. Located in the heart of Kyiv, on the picturesque Pechersk hills, it embodies our best innovative solutions.

The operational geography of "Intergal-Bud" covers not only the capital but also the largest cities in Ukraine, where we actively develop new projects, considering the uniqueness of each region. We have commenced the implementation of four new residential complexes in Lviv, which will enhance the city's appeal through innovative construction and design approaches. In Chernivtsi, we successfully completed new phases, creating a cozy space for comfortable living. In Zhytomyr, the completion of new phases marked another step in the development of modern residential areas with well-thought-out infrastructure. We are currently planning to launch the sale of the next buildings in these cities.

We have reached an international level: "Intergal-Bud," a subsidiary of Intergal Group, has been involved as a Ukrainian developer and expert in the implementation of European projects. The first country was Hungary, where the expertise of our specialists was utilized during the construction of two residential complexes in Budapest. This is a testament to our high-quality standards, and our knowledge and expertise position us alongside leading European developers.

"Intergal-Bud" has become one of the key participants in the state programs "eOselya" and "eVidnovlennya", which provide Ukrainians with the opportunity to benefit from favorable conditions for purchasing housing. We take pride in the trust that the state and banks place in us by accrediting our facilities, including those under construction, for participation in these programs. This recognition confirms our reliability as a developer.

We always focus on the needs of our residents and respond to the challenges of the times. We have made adjustments to current projects and ensured that all new buildings planned for commissioning are equipped with autonomous power supply. In total, the list of critical systems supported includes water supply and heating, fire protection systems, emergency lighting, elevators, access control systems, boilers, and water tanks. We also equip shelters in each of our residential complexes, as ensuring the safety of residents is one of our most important tasks today.

Our achievements have been recognized. We once again received the title of "Developer of the Year" and remained among the best employers in Ukraine according to the magazine Focus. The highest achievement was securing the first place in the rankings of developers by LUN and Forbes Ukraine - we delivered the largest number of apartments in Ukraine, reflecting the trust of our clients even in the most challenging times.

Among significant social initiatives is our participation in a project at VDNG, where we provided the Greenhouse with energy-independent heating, which has been critical for preserving the unique plant collection. "Intergal-Bud" consistently adheres to the principles of social responsibility, actively supporting initiatives aimed at the development of the city of Kyiv. Collaboration with VDNG and the implementation of joint projects is a vivid example of our commitment to contributing to the preservation and development of the capital's cultural and environmental assets.

Plans for 2025

We do not rest on our laurels. In Lviv, the design of two new residential complexes is nearing completion, with construction set to start in 2025. Sales will also commence at that time. In Kyiv, we are preparing to launch two new projects: one in the Darnytsia district and the other in Obolon. Sales for these projects will begin in early 2025.
