"Just yesterday, three shellings were recorded with casualties. Unfortunately, there are three injured - two women and one man," Dobryak stated.
He also added that the mine is not operational, and only a few stores and "Ukrposhta" remain open. The city hospital is functioning but in a limited capacity. There is no electricity, gas, or water.
A total of 7,200 people remain in Pokrovsk. The evacuation of residents is ongoing, with those being relocated to the Ivano-Frankivsk region, where housing and financial assistance are provided.
Additionally
The Pokrovsk direction has remained the hottest spot for the past four weeks.
Occupants are attempting to encircle small settlements around Pokrovsk to cut off logistics. They are trying to "latch on" in small groups to the settlements south of the city, operating on the principle of a small group establishing itself before the next one arrives. This means advancement with infiltration.
