The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) has announced 172 nominees across 27 categories for the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, reports UNN.

The film "Emilia Perez," a French crime musical shot in Spanish and featuring renowned singer Selena Gomez, received the most nominations. The movie, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and won a jury prize there, is competing for a total of ten awards.
Following closely is the drama "Brutalist," directed by Brady Corbet, with seven nominations. Not far behind is "The Conclave," starring Ralph Fiennes, with six chances for victory.
Among series, "The Bear" leads with five nominations. "Shogun" and "Slow Horses" are both vying for four Golden Globes.
A fierce battle awaits movie fans for the title of Best Actress and Best Actor in a Drama Film, with nominees including Pamela Anderson, Angelina Jolie, Tilda Swinton, Nicole Kidman, and Kate Winslet, as well as Timothée Chalamet, Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, and Sebastian Stan for their portrayal of Donald Trump.
