The primary contractors listed are Sabena (Charleroi, Belgium), Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (Fort Worth, Texas), and Pratt and Whitney (East Hartford, Connecticut).
It is noted that this aid package will enhance Ukraine's ability to counter current and future threats by providing a more robust air defense system for self-defense missions and regional security assurance.
